The Stone Island SS21 collection features a handpicked selection of timeless cuts from the iconic Italian fashion house on Slam Jam. Shades of green, pastel pink and obsidian bring a splash of lightness in dark to your wardrobe–right on time for Spring.
The range features both classic and brand new pieces like the semi-translucent Lucido-TC Packable Jacket which has a drawstring hood and a glossy anti-drop resin finish, an aqua blue hyperlight fitted coat and a striking cape poncho made from tarpaulin and detailed with a reflective grid pattern. Freeform and flowing this gear is perfect for the contemporary city dweller.
Also featured are a couple of variations on the Raso-TC anorak in forest green, aqua and grey alongside a classic Membrana 3L jacket which has a three-layer technical shell and comes in black or pink. Everything features the iconic logo-embroidered Stoney sleeve patch.
The editorial was shot by Milan-based photographer Michele Foti. His presentation is indicative of the brand's heritage–casual, luminous and striking in style. The shoot concept is a series of images that form a subtle pattern, exploring not only clothing but also human gestures and facial expression. Stone Island disbands seasonal inspiration in favour of timelessness in fashion, rooted in iconic technical aesthetics.
